Cost of Services
Individual Services
Most individual services, including sport psychology, performance psychology, career counseling/ coaching, and health and wellness coaching are $125 per 50 minute consultation. After the initial consultation, clients can opt for shorter sessions of 25 minutes for $65. An initial 5-10 minute phone call is free.
Group/ Team Services or Public Speaking
Group or team service prices vary, depending on the amount of travel (from Flower Mound, TX), number of participants, hours of training, intervention, consultation, research, etc. Services are tailored to your team, group or workplace needs. Minimum cost for group services is $250 and includes an individualized needs assessment/ consultation and intervention. An initial 5-10 minute phone call is free.
